Justified?
I was just wondering if it were possible to add a 'Justified' setting in the paragraph alignment box, much like that in Microsoft Word?
I think it would make the threads look much cleaner and more professional.

May I tell you of my experiences with the “Justify” setting?
When I was a raw and callow user of Word, I submitted something or other to a writing group which I’d set in “Justify” because I thought, as you apparently do, that it “looked” neater.
Imagine my surprise when half the members rounded on me for my unprofessional setting out.
Since then I’ve avoided it like the plague.
I’ve learned there’s apparently a difference between the justification used by printers and what we have available via Word. With Word the spacings are irregular and jar on the eye. I typed this in Word and before posting set it in Justify to remind myself what it looks like, and I must say Align Left is, imho, far easier on the eye.
Maybe that’s only because I’ve grown accustomed to it. Just like I prefer to
type in Comic Sans but if I try posting it here I get ticked off.

Don't start that, Ox. I remember when all your posts were in Comic Sans.
Gods, a little serif wouldn't hurt anyone once and a while.
As to justification, I think it's best to stay away from the "professional" look and go more for connecting with your reader through writing. In the end, this is a community, and we all should be feeling comfy and friendly.
Justification just makes people sit straight like a ramrod so they can juggle their coffee and their paper at the same time.

I didn't see it that way before. Thanks for clearing it up.

May I quote Tom Cruise?
O, come on, let me quote him!
¨Matt, matt, matt, matt....¨
That´s all. Matt.....do you really think that a forum full of unpublished writers wants to feel ¨clean and professional¨??
Matt, matt, matt, matt, matt........
You must be drunk.

Perhaps I was drunk when I started this thread. But I'm sober now, and I see the error of my ways.
