Missing posts
I've only been in the forum a few days and have posted about 44 replies and some threads. I wish I could work out how the site works.

I hadn't noticed this until today. There was a thread in the lounge, which I replied to, but now the whole thread is missing. When I click on "Your Posts," it doesn't show the post I made in that thread. I feel like I'm going crazy. Did I just imagine it?

Ieuan, are you by chance previewing your posts and navigating away without actually posting? I've done this once or twice in the past. As for the second question, not sure.
Jocelyn, If that was the Who are you? thread I removed it. It may possibly return modified.

This may be off topic, but I tried to post a thread in the debate section, and it said that the moderators would consider it. What's that about? It still hasn't been posted.

Have you read the Debate Posting Guidelines thread in the debate forum? If you haven't, it got some info regarding posting new threads and stuff that can get in unapproved.

Actually, Edgewise, look further down the list in the debate forum. I think it's there now. I also submitted a thread that took a day to post but when it did, it was bumped down.

When they are approved, they retain the same time stamp as when they are submitted. That's why they don't show up first on the list even though they are new threads.
Hope that helped.
