We are in the process of overhauling the mentor program with new additions and added goals. I have asked Valeca to increase her responsibilities by taking the helm as the Head of the Mentor program whose duties entail the managing and goal setting of the Mentor staff. She's already been doing that on an unofficial basis but I thought her position needed to be clarified and added permissions,(moderator capabilities) needed to be given to her in order to carry out the responsibilities that will be required to revitalize and revamp the program.

Her title has changed to that of Manager. I'm looking forward to her continued efforts in making this one of the better quality writing sites on the net.
