Although, at the same time after reading Selorian's message here, I'm also surprised that some people thought they'd be maybe right to strike back somehow via the flames? That makes them no better than the spammers. Always leave it to the staff.

i have read thru thus thread. my name is legion and i am a dedicated member of the website in question.

i am not a moderator nor a member of management, in fact, i usually just get in trouble in one form or another.

i must start by saying that rigor and decy are friends of mine, but they are a lot nicer than i am . they actually took the time and made an effort to try to help resolve this situation, and made sure that the members that did register with us actually felt welcome, which is a lot more than i can say for some of you.

you dont know us. yet you make blind and insulting statements about our poets. which in turn makes you sound like a bunch of obnoxious little children. a select few of you, such as the one i quoted, showed restraint and actually tried to keep the peace and get to the bottom of this. to them i give my esteem and my thanks. but for the rest of you, i have to say that you are crass, ignorant, and petulant. unbecoming of writers of your "supposed" status.

i know this post will not be popular here or on the site i come from, but i felt the need to be heard. two of our members actually tried to help, and you treated them with disrespect. i know those two members. and for them to make such an effort is pretty damn nice of them if you ask me. it's a lot more than most people would do (including most of you).

what net benefit would we get by spamming you? 5 or 6 people ? wow. i can finally buy my mother that condo she wants. all people are welcome at our site. if you dont want to go there, i fully understand. i didnt want to come here. i didnt even hear of this place until someone named "voodoo" posted on our site. also, it seems to me, that you have got three new members out of this also. so who benefits ?

if you dont want to come to our site -- believe me-no one there asked you to, regardless of what some random pm says. and if you feel that our poets and writers are beneath you, then by all means shun us. im sure we are all gonna lose a lot of sleep over it.

you sound like a bunch of kids in a schoolyard having a pissing contest. my dad can beat your dad. my mom is nicer than yours. get a grip, and grow up.

First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Amanda (from the website that you are all having problems with). I must say that I am disturbed by this turn of events and that I will do whatever is necessary to try and stop what is happening. I, like my forum members, have my own opinions as to who could possibly be behind this. I will do what I can to try and help us all track this person down.

Second, I just wanted to say...

Legion! Behave yourself! These people run their own forums differently than we do and your behavior is not helping the situation that is already sticky to begin with.

If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. I go by the same name on both forums to make way for less confusion. I only have the same amount of access that Josh does, but we will try to help in any way that we can.
