Any news on the Sub-Forum?

The idea of a RPG subforum was presented to the staff for discussion and a vote on whether or not to implement. After careful consideration, it has been voted on and we've decided that it isn't something we feel is necessary or right for WritingForums. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

I'm very dissapointed. Despite it being one of the more popular areas in the Writing Challenge area? Who is to say what is more credible than another form of writing. I can't help but feel it's not been fully though out because what harm is there in creating a sub-forum?

I too, like Short Tooth, find this very disappointing.
Yet, I thank you for putting some thought into it.

I agree with st and tom because it uses a wide range of writing and shows you how to put yourself in a story and how your characters should react therefore improving your writing. It is also and extremely popular part of the forums.

Thank you to Selorian and to the rest of the staff for considering it.
To my fellow RPGers...really, it's ok! All the RPGs are normally jammed to the top of the Writing Challenges forum because of their popularity anyway.
