No offense to anyone, but why can't WF get supervisors who actually get on the forum for longer than 5 minutes a day?

I assure you I'm on these boards more than five minutes a day. The voice and face of these forums are in the hands of the mentors and mods. The admin and supervisors tend to be less visible to the public for there job is to deal with the smooth operation of the entire forum by directing the staff and implementing policy. But we do show our faces from time to time.
The site is up and running once again. What the problem was only the owner of this site knows. But I assume all the bills are up to date...

If the Admins and Supervisors keep the site running smoothly, why has it gone down more than 3 times in the last 6 months? Someone forget to pay their internet bill or something?
