Unfortunately, no you can't because we have no way of verifying that your friend gave you permission to post their work. If your friend wants to post something of theirs they will have to post it themselves.

You CAN tell your friend to grow some balls (or ovaries) and post it him/herself like any normal, self-respecting American who intends to become a productive member of society someday and not a Coke sucking, chip munching, housed in agoraphobic without any prospect of achieving anything significant ever.
