Depends on what you want. Writers Workshop is for people who want to protect their work and possibly have hopes of publishing it. Fiction is as its name is entitled, any and all fiction. Critique and advice is more specifically for works seeking critiques and advice, but you'll probably get some in the fiction section to, though it is a little slow.
