Add a "Contact Us" Form

But as there is no where else, I'll lodge my complaint in a thread.
WF has sexually charged threads and posts which are inappropriate. Many, if not most, of WF posters are minors. Including me. Please monitor your site more carefully and do not allow sexually explicit material to be posted. Until then, I will refrain from posting on WF.

Note: I started this thread, because there is no "contact us" form anywhere on the site that I could find. I didn't have anywhere else to lodge a complaint. I do not intend for this to be a debate thread, and didn't even want to make this complaint into a thread. So please also make a Contact Us form.

My standard of decency is different than your standard of decency. Whose is right?

Check and mate.

There's something to be said for self-censorship. That is, if you don't like it, don't read it.

Complaints are normally made direct to a Moderator. To find them, go to <Groups> in the menu at the top of the page. (<Home> <Rules> <FAQ> etc) then PM one or more of them.

But Hodge is right; tastes vary & one person's explicit material is another's daily life, even for minors. Personally I haven't seen anything I would call sexually explicit at the porn level & normal human relationships nearly always include sex so writing about it at anything less than the porn level should be allowed.

If you find something horribly offensive, there is a little triangle right by the light that shows if a person is on or not.

But remember, if you're having a problem, it's not just the site's job to censor things; it's a matter of personally clicking off the thread and not reading it. No one is forcing you to read a single word.

Also, moderators and mentors are there to help. Don't be afraid; only a few of them bite. Hard, anyway.

Like silver said, if you find anything offensive you can always report the post by clicking that button. Doing so alerts all members of staff. With the amount of posts made daily on WF, catching everything is difficult. You can help.

If you have a problem with a thread, pm a moderator.

There is a level of deceny of what can be posted, but some people will still be horrified of what we consider appropriate. You don't actually have to read the thread if you're horrified by it - just as there are minors here, there are people over 21 who won't write about rainbows and pretty things all the time.
