that's what the 'writing tips and advice' section is for, nik... it's where questions can be asked about grammar and all the other technical aspects of writing and help sought for on same, when needed...
you'll find links to a grammar and stylesite [under 'g'] and other valuable resources, in the 'wf's online resource guide' thread of that 'writing 101' section, so between the two, i don't see any need to add another whole section just for grammar...
and, actually, 'grammar' is not 'punctuation' much less 'only' that... they're really two separate elements of writing... but it's covered pretty well in the 'grammar and style' link i mentioned above...
