Why not have a Writing Forums Award or Certificate of Appreciations. These would be nominated.
Members would secretly submit a form nominating a WF member, reason why they are being Nominated and the impact this individual has on the Forum Community.

I think thats really interesting.
Other than that it might stir up trouble because people would be all 'VOTE ME! why didn't you vote for me...?' but giving credit where it is due is a really good idea.
I like it. It's kind of a like a rep. system but...not so obvious. Nice one SGW. And, I've always wanted to tell you, I love the new picture.
