Writing 101 Forum Suggestions
I thought it may be a good idea to start a thread here so members could post ideas, suggestions, comments, et al about the new forum.
What would you like to see? How do you like it? What questions do you have? Let us know.

firstly, excellent idea. i like having all the stickies in one place. it's like having a book on writing i can sit down and read instead of having to hunt the shelves for the next chapter.
the only think i would like to see is further expansion into the many topics that can be touched on. much less expensive than buying books on writing, eh?
one question of clarification: we can send things for submission (i love that you have to submit things rather than just be able to post) to anyone with pretty orange or purple boxes?

You can send submissions to any member of staff, Mentor or Moderator. It may be best to start off with Mentors and work your way up though. Mods have a lot more to do than Mentors, so save them till last.
We do hope to see an expansion of content within Writing 101. It is a perfect reference easily accesible to all members so it should become a very valuable part of WF. And by making content go through a submission process and approval, we can insure the quality and accuracy of the information.
I'm glad you like it.

Reading then Writing - right?
I have just joined and have a lot to learn on using and submitting. I am glad that I will have someplace to come to read these types of posts and get some ideas of the best ways to approach. The post I read recommended contacting mentors first then moderators. Thanks, that is great stuff to know. I love to write and I expect to use this forum as a great experience and resource.
