as with my 'vale, caesar!' post re chris' leavetaking, i couldn't add my subsequent 'ave, caesar!' to the announcement of peter's taking on the job of filling chris' shoes, so i hope it's ok to put it here:

glad to have you aboard, chief!... as you're chris' pick, i'm sure you'll be a welcome addition to our 'family'... the seat at the head of the table is yours and i, for one, am eager to see what you may have in mind for this new-ish year and new 'regime'...
