A "Religion" forum
A forum dedicated to the people who post their opinions regarding religion would be great. That way, I could more easily avoid those posts.

but this isn't a forum for opinions... it's about writing, for writers... the 'lounge' and the 'debate' boards are already set up to handle topics not related to writing, so why would another one be needed for just a single subject? ...
btw, you can easily avoid any post you want, by just not opening those threads, or by not replying and closing it, if you don't like what's being said...

Fair enough. I'll simply limit the scope of my story reading to those that do not involve religion.
Besides, I made that suggestion because I was supremely pissed off by Cloud's post in the Critique and Advice forum. I began reading THAT one because I thought it was posted by someone who wanted advice and maybe a little critique. All I got out of it was somebody venting their anti-Christian viewpoint. Maybe it's one of my shortcomings that I can't remain objective when somebody's dogging my faith, even though it's not directed at me personally.
I should just be more selective in what I read.

my avatar...
Mean,
I use that avatar for a reason. It is there to constantly remind me not to take myself or OTHERS on here too seriously. Don't let some of these guys or gals who can't find a way to believe upset you. I've gotten my ass in a few tight ones here lately because I've spoken my mind. Just remember that's all it is, someone's 'mind', someone's two. Heck, dude, you don't even KNOW these people.

No religion forum or debate. It'll end badly.
