I just heard that Claire one of our dearest and most treasured souls at Lit has died. I can only hope that it is not true for I loved her dearly and words cannot express the profound loss that I feel for this remarkable and beautiful Women. She was an inspiration to all that she touched and the world is a much sadder place with her gone.

This is a truly sad day

I've been trying to find out what I can, but all indications is that this is not a hoax. This is sad news indeed and my heart goes out to Claire's family and friends. Claire was a rare talent and she will be missed.

Claire reminds me of a birthday candle that refuses to burn out no matter how hard we try to extinguish it...her light will never falter, but burn brightly on, thanks to the myriad of friends that she has made and befriended during her lifetime.

We will always cherish you claire...your light will burn bright in our hearts forever. The void you have left in my heart however, can never be filled.
