Would it be possible to show somewhere in the thread how many days are left before that thread is deleted? I know you can do simple math but it'd be nice as a reference when looking at threads (your own and other's).

That is a good idea.

It would also be good to make it clear that one line posts saying 'this is great' isn't really the point of the forum.
