I thought this would be a neat feature. You would create tow new forums, one entitled "Showcase Entries" and one called "Showcase". Shwocase would be read-pnly. In the Entrie forum, however, you would put wors you have finished in along with a poll that rates the story 1-10. Every week, 2 weeks, or month, the mods or whoever would look at the results of the polls, and anything with a 9 or above would be posted in the Showcase as an exmplary piece of work.
Just a suggestion.
