Critiques Forum

Here's my question:

Can I post my works in more than one forum if it applies to more than one? I have a short story in the Short Story forum that I'd like to have critiqued; can I post it up in Critiques/Advice as well?

I believe the 'rule' is only one place at a time.

If you would like your story moved to a different forum, I would be happy to take care of it for you. Generally, though, critiquing goes on in all of the creativity forums.

Btw, I read your story and it doesn't seem like there is too much to tear into. You have some typos and Chris Miller caught a couple of things but other than that, it's a solid story. In your case, although it doesn't help you much, silence may be a good thing.

To get more feedback, keep giving it out yourself and post in some of the other forums. Sometimes it helps if you build up a presence here. If the members get to know you, the next time they see your name in C&A or Short Stories they might check out your work. For starters, try Word Games, Writing Challenge, and the next LM competition (Aug. 22).
