WFM 5000+ Party!! - Writers Forum

On November 30th, 2003 the members at the Writing Forums threw a party because we'd achieved 700 members.

Now we've passed the 5000 mark and there was no razzle dazzle? I'm miffed because I had every intention of blowing a kazoo and doing a jig when we hit 5000 and I missed it! Drats!

Wow . . . earlier this week I registered as member 4935, and it's already above 5000!

Whew! Must be something in the summer wind . . .

Rums balls for everyone!!!!!!!!! Pens post had me checking my stats. 1305th member. 55th poster, 808.

Took a year to do that. Mostly in the poetry threads - so only me to blame.

Still it's been a great ride, and I have loved being able to drop out and play and write here when the mood strikes me. You are all a great bunch!!

Thanks to our mods and mentors for being hard workers in front and behind the scenes. Thanks to the supervisors, esp., but not only, that gentleman Spud.=D>
