New Mentors, too?!
In addition to the Moderator promotions, Chris has added a group of new Mentors. No doubt some of you have noticed the increased flashes of purple.
As of now, the new Mentors include:
bobothegoat
cyberspecter
damien_frosst
Farror
gohn67
Ilan Bouchard
lisajane
Ms. Vodka
petrel}
pgoroncy
valeca
We are still waiting on one person, who will hopefully accept in the next few days.
All of these people have already proven themselves great assets to the forums, and giving them titles was really just a formality.
Congratulations to all of you!

Thanks Aevin, some "informal" congrat's have been issued, but now people have a good spot to do that.
Congrat's to all my mentor brethren (and that includes the "sistren" as well, of course.)

I have to say I'm delighted with the additions! Each of the new mentors are unique in their personality which adds to the brilliance of the creative patchwork.
I like how the process went too. When I joined there were fewer than seven hundred members! The forums has evolved into a boisterous and inclusive place to be.
So kudos to you (again) new mentors.

Yep, quite a great group of mentors has been assembled with the new additions and those who stayed on. I almost wish I were still a part of the mentor team.
Now, who's doing the coffee run today? The last ones in have to go on errands; it's a rule.

Wait... We're the first new mentors since the mentor program was started. Before us, there were no new mentors

My oH my how this site has grown. Looks like a bright and sharp group that will guide the forums to
an even brighter future. I started here when their were only forty or so members and now the staff alone is half that. I welcome you all and now let the games begin
my warmest regards,
bob

It puts this avatar out of the question for me though. Ah, well. It's for the best.
