If you want friends your age, go to a teen chat room and pretend you are not talking to a bunch of perverts in disguise.
If you want witty, intelligent people who don't judge you by your age for friends, stay here and discuss writing with us.
Either way, I could care less. I am a self-absorbed 23-year-old and I already have all the friends I need. Their names are Me, Myself, and I. Great gals really, you should meet them sometime.

If you could get over the whole age thing, you'll really like it here. There is really good advice to be had and some great people to make friends with even if they aren't your age, but that is what everyone has already said in a different way.

Well, it's obvious that you need friends.
Here's a how-to on getting friends.
1. Turn off the computer
2. Go outside.
3. Go to the park
4. Hang around the monkey bars, you're bound to find people your age there.

WH-WHAT?! Lol, I'm not that age...the mall--er...isn't the place to make friends either...it's a place to GO WITH friends to...
I HAVE PLENTY of friends...just need "writing buddies"..who have a credit care(jk)

I'm going to have to agree with Bhauger here and say DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT! Time and time again you overtly insult those of us on this forum and whine like a mule over how miserable you are, yet you keep coming back. Are you here to write or are you here to ridicule us for not being cool enough? If you WANT to make friends here, I suggest you lay of the "age matters" campaign and get to making friends.

You're starting to annoy me...
1. Self pitty is okay I guess for a second or two... but after that its a waste... of not only your time but the others your forcing it on.
2. Like everyone already said... This forum isn't about "making friends" at all (though it can be a nice perc) The forums is a place to post work and have it responded to without discrimination as to age, race, IQ, ect.
3. If your numbering stuff you always need at least three so... You never said your age how are we supposed to know?!!?!?!!
My Tips of the Day:
Get over yourself or leave, I'll be frank. No one really likes a whiner... and if you arn't going to contribute it would be best if you just left, seriously.
If you decide to stay and post constructively on the other hand you will make friends (life long friends) who will be more than happy to help you with writing issues as well as more personal prooblems... but then agian they might not be your age... forget it yeah... just leave.

God, I should have known. First, lay off the caps key. Second, stop "lol"-ing...it's not funny, it's annoying. Third, if you don't like the age group here, stop whining about it and go find another forum. This forum centers around writing, not your need for credit cards and friends your own age. So yeah...normally I don't speak out like this, so something must be wrong here. I'd take up Bhauger's offer if I were you...I think we'd all be proud.
