resignation... WAH!!!
as you all should know by now, i am just about to bring another hell's child into the world so i doubt very much that i will be online much during the month of January.
it will sadden me very much to leave you for such an amount of time but you know i will miss you all very much - you have done your best to make me feel welcome and part of this writingforums family, and i have found friends all over the world thanks to it.
i shall be popping on now and then but not enough to be a committed moderator, so i am going to have to give up my status and wish you all the best!
thank you all.
(i will resign as moderator Sunday 21st... unless anyone disagrees! )

hollyoake .. now don't fret .. I expected you might do that. A new child demands a lot of time. The only thing I think you missed is to recruit a replacement. NO! Not me!

Hollyoake! Don't leave! Well, I do understand how introducing a new baby into the house can be very time-consuming. I wish you all the best

Hollyoake,
I've truly enjoyed your company here since you joined, and I'm sorry to see you leave. We all understand of course, but that doesn't lessen the sadness of parting.
I hope you'll be back soon - we'll be sure to keep your seat warm whily you're away - and of course we'd love to see you pop in at least occasionally to say 'hi' in the meanwhile.
Missin' ya already!

Hollyoake,
May you and your coming child know health and happpiness for all the years you have on this earth. Your humor and grace will be missed but lets hope for only a little while. Your child is on lucky baby to have a cheery lass like you.
warmest regards,
bob

thank you all for your kind support.
i WILL be online now and then, you cannot get rid of me that simply, besides which, i still have a business to run!
by the way, i think i had my 'show' last night... i'm so excited!
Bea, don't you think if i needed a baby-sitter, that i would choose someone a damned site closer? i think i might ask Spudley...
Bob, you remind me of my god-mother... such words, brought me to tears... but then nearly everything does these days!
thank you
Lily, Lily, Lily, i shall miss your madness...
everyone, feel free to bombard me with e-mails, you should know the address by now!
and i think Pen would make a good replacement...

Best of luck, Holly. Just remember to look after yourself as well when the baby is born. If that means your partner has to run to hell and back to get the things you need, so be it
You know where we all are if you need a bit of motherly advice.

Well, this tiger-bunny would know what a child likes in a mother, although that part comes along a bit later, when they can talk and think thoughts that are not centered around milk and diapers.
