Just realized its wrong as per the UK its currently 11:58pm but this post will say 10:58pm. Is this just a "can't be helped"

Nope, this can easily be fixed. If you go into your profile it will allow you to set your timezine. All posts times are stored in Universal Time Zone. When you set your personal time zone, all posts will be adjusted to your local time.
