Kimberly Bird is an unknown quantity at this point
Bravo MacLaren. I felt everything that girl did and wanted to know more. Where was the fear coming from, in what direction, and whose warriors? I loved it. The only thing I could probably nitpick about was when you introduced the father into the kitchen while they were kneeding dough. Maybe an introduction sentence like, the sounds of heavy footsteps announced the presence of her father.

Thanks for the read. I hope to see more of this.
