Escape

A tall man in a black parka walked down the dark, deserted Denver street. It was
Winter of the year 2194 and America had undergone a devastating depression followed up by a barbaric coup. Through the revolution the Communist Party headed by Jacov Noisevicta had gained control of the United States of America, renaming it the Federation of United states. The man's name was Tyler Raegal and he was in a rush to attend an anti-communism meeting. Everyone knew that the meetings they were attending were illegal, and they could be killed if they were caught. Most of them truly thought that what they were doing was worth the risk. Tyler entered the old abandoned movie theatre through a hole in the back wall. The theatre probably hadn’t been used for over fifty years. He then continued to walk towards their secret room on the basement level. As he approached he could hear hushed voices coming from the room.

"Okay, everyone we have allot to talk about so let's get statrted." Dylan Nomant, the leader of the conjugation, started. He stood on a wooden makeshift podium raised above the floor "First of all has anyone successfully made contact with the head of the Xaierbes in Chicago?" Nomant asked in a somewhat frustrated voice. The Xaierbes were another revolutionary organization that had a branch in every state, but that were headed out of Chicago.

“Yes, they sent us a message through their satellite system in code, it is being deciphered right now.” Replied someone that Tyler had never seen at the meetings.

“Good, I have another announcement that came in this morning from the eat coast.” Nomant reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a small handwritten piece of paper. “The French and British have managed to smuggle in hundreds of thousands of guns and just as much ammunition to aide in the revolution. For all of our safety, details were not mentioned, but I am fairly sure that this happened somewhere on the east coast. I cannot release details, but what I can tell you is that in about five states a militia of both American, and soldiers from other countries joining in the cause will start the first phase of the revolution. After this happens, then thousands of professional soldiers will join in the fight, and we will be free from the horrors of Jacov Noisevicta and his government” The crowd erupted in cheering and applause. “That is-“ Nomant suddenly stopped talking. Hundreds of footsteps could be heard coming down the hallway.

“EVERYONE RUN, THE E.S.U. KNOWS ABOUT US.” Someone screamed. Tyler ran for the nearest exit, discovering it was blocked by about one hundred people he turned around and went into a secluded room looking for a way out. Tyler looked around. On the side was a door, he ran for it, broke through and was back into the cold night air. Tyler looked right, two E.S.U. agents were chasing after him. Their black armor and infer red masks made them look more like robots then humans. Tyler ran across the street and into a subway station. Jumping over the ticket machines, he ran strait for the train sitting there just about ready to leave He lunged into it the second the door closed. The E.S.U agents looked at him through the glass and Tyler waved to them.

Fifteen miles away in a dark alley, Jason Quine, an E.S.U agent, walked into the headquarters. The small structure was overshadowed by other buildings in the vicinity.

“How did the raid on the Revolutionaries go, did you capture all of them?” The captain asked with his oily voice.

“Very good sir, one did escape though. He is not important.” Quine replied

“What the hell do you mean not important. He could warn the others.” The captain yelled furiously. “When I put you in charge of this operation I expected more” The captain was so furious, that his whole body was shaking. “Listen, instead of firing you this is what I’m going to do. Quine. Track him down bring him to me or kill him.Whatever you please. Take what ever means are necessary. As for the rest, send them to Melas for execution, I mean interrogation. Quine?”

“Yes captain.”

“In a week I will either have your corpse or his in my office.” The captain threatened. Quine nodded.

There aren't any characters!
Honestly, though, unless this is some sort of prologue, you should spend some time on character development if you want your reader to care whether or not the guy gets caught by the evil commie robots of doom.

Edit: Also: "conjugation?" I think you mean "congregation."

A couple of quick notes:

You have "allot" in there, and some other spelling mistakes.

With dialogue like:

“Very good sir, one did escape though. He is not important.” Quine replied

I think you should be ending with a comma, not a period:

“Very good sir, one did escape though. He is not important[,]” Quine replied

Example:

"Hello there Carl," he whispered softly, "I've been waiting for you."

You did a good job describing the dialogue, too, rather than just saying "he said" or the like. But the punctuation inside the quotes doesn't match up.

“What the hell do you mean not important. He could warn the others.” The captain yelled furiously.

People don't usually "yell furiously" without an exclamation mark. Also not important should have quotation marks, since the captain is quoting the other character:

“What the hell do you mean 'not important'? He could warn the others!” The captain yelled furiously.

I might be wrong, too, but I don't think you can yell things.

From dictionary.com: yell: To cry out loudly, as in pain, fright, surprise, or enthusiasm.

I think yelling is an unintelligible sound. Maybe "shouted" would be a better choice here?
