    Technical difficulties...

Hi there! I really wanted to post some of my feature script... but I can't attatch even 1 scene without it being over the pdf size limit (limit is 19.5...2 pages in my final draft script is ~40). I tried cutting and pasting, but the format just goes out the window. I tried putting it in a word doc and the same thing happened.
Does any one know how best to put a script IN this section?

PM me or post it here for everyone to know. Thanks!

Yeah, the vBulletin system doesn't support any kind of complex formatting when you cut & paste. Try saving it out as a .rtf file rather than a .pdf and attach that; not perfect, but it should be small enough to post and it'll preserve formatting.

As far as I know, the only way to get it in the post fully formatted is to go back and reformat it after pasting it.

I tried that Rummrunner, but it says .rtfs are invalid to post.
I guess I can reformat, but I'd rather not when I originally wanted to post 8 pages. That's a lot of reformatting to do...

BTW, thank you for the tip though, I will try .rtfs for stubborn file transfers in the future!

Huh. I have no idea why that would be. I suppose you could just cut & paste it, let the format scramble, and post a note about why it's not formatted - it'll be readable, at least - but you'll still get at least a dozen people telling you your format's wrong and you need to learn how to do it right
