Plot Question

I am writing a show with 4 main charecters. Do you think it would be stupid if 3 of them got engaged at the end of the season (not to eachother)?

Hmm, that would be impossible to answer unless you told us what the actual plot was, for all we know it could be an engagement related show or marriage screw ups. Tell us more, and maybe you'll find a good answer.

It's a drama about 4 teachers, and one marries a man who she just broke up with, one marries a man who she just got back together with, and the 3rd marries a guy who she has a steady relationship with.

anything can work, if it's written well enough... and nothing will, if it's not...

if you're in the uk, you might have a chance to propose a new tv series, but you should know that it's virtually impossible for an unknown writer to do that in the us...

if you want to write new stuff for the us market, you'll have to get a job writing for an existing series first... or have a good track record as a screenwriter and an agent with solid gold connections in the tv industry...

regardless, it's good writing practice...

I thought thats how ALL the chick films end. I think you've got a great shot with this thing. "Three Engagements And A Loser".
