Name: She is called Rhine
Alias: Hell's Child

Past occupation/experience: Government trained "executioner"
Time: Life, or until the government decides to let her out.
Crime(s): She was placed in jail by the government because of her knowing to much and her unloyalty.
Appearance: Sandy blond hair, fair skin, Maroon eyes, and a long thin body which looks as though it doesn't back the power in which she has.
Personality: She is (I'm so original.... yeah right...) cocky and insolent. She never knows when to give up and is extremely reckless even when her life is in jeopardy. BUT, she can get out of the toughest situations despite the odds. If you are her friend she will stick with you to the very end even if she has to drag herself to hell with you.
History: Rhine was donated to the military as an embryo. She was then altered immensely and was given a specific task: kill who ever the Council Government told her to. Her victims ranged to rebels, to mutants who were enhanced by radiation, politicians, and even innocent people the government deemed unfit and impure for survival. What ever they told her to do she did it. By age twelve she had already had been in 2 wars, murdered 25 people, and was a high ranking general. She was the center of the project called the UPP (Universal Protection Project). She was the 666th executioner who was altered. When she reached age 24 she got tired of being some pawn and ran off. The government somehow managed to apprehend her and they sent her to jail.
Other: She was genetically altered. She is super powerful and is equipped with self-regeneration, super strength, speed, and intelligence. The change has caused her to go a bit insane and she sometimes suffers from hallucinations and also the scientist predicted she has a short life expectancy of 98 years (In comparison to the average of 123 years)

you can have a romantic sub plot just don't get straight into it let it develope over time. and yes i will be using wolf again

Time: Life. Sentance is going to be reviewed in four months time. Death penalty is expected.

Crime(s): (3) Mass murder, (25) Proved murders, (2) Grand theft auto

Appearance: Tom is tanned, has green eyes, is seven foot tall and has long, purple hair that hangs just below his ears.

Personality: Tom was always a really nice and kind person but ruthless when he had to be. When the Imperial Project started with him he was normal but after the first experiments he suffered a complete mental break down. He can now only keep his mind together by never taking any situation seriously.

History: When Tom was born he was born a still birth but later came to life in the coroner's office. 'British' extremists took him before his mother and father could find out that he'd lived and threw him in as the first test subject for the Imperial Project.
The project was started when Britian realised that it was losing its power. It went underground after the country was absorbed. The project only worked with Tom though. When it was found that the drugs had worked, Tom was sent out to assasinate hundreds of polititions in hundreds of countries. He never failed.
He was caught on his last mission after killing a council senator.

Other: Tom was entered in the Imperial Project and the drugs he was given enhanced everything about him. His senses became better, he became taller and stronger by far. Even his eye and hair colour were changed.

Hey, sorry I didn't join the first one, so I might seem stupid asking this. Are we simply playing a character on the prison and what takes place as we play, or are we trying to escape.

Appearance: Wolf has black hair which is tied back off her face. She has emotionless gray eye’s. Despite how strong she is she has a very feminine figure and is quiet attractive. But all the boy’s know better than to mess around with her. A pair of brown Wolf-like ears produce from the top of her head, and she has a beautiful brown wolf-like tail.

Personality: Wolf is a very solitary person preferring to be alone Rather than in a group of people

History: Wolf is a very mysterious girl, she avoids talking to anyone she can and prefers to keep out of others disputes, but will break them up if they get two bad, to avoid the shocks. She hates the collar with a vengeance as she feels it brings her down to the level of the common dog…something is not.

Other: She was Genetically modified to take on the physical characteristics of a wolf, strength, speed, smell, ear’s, fangs and of course her beloved tail.

Kinda. I name my chars after my friends and sometimes base them around them. Tom is one of my friends and I usually use him as a good guy character. And as far as anyone in the elemental RPG is concerned he's called Mysterio.

Alrighty sorry I wasn't clear on this eariler, but, Nefie, RB, There is no England, or US anymore. This RPG takes place very far in the future away from earth. It's atlest 1,000 years for present time. To help you fix your bios I'll give you some more background info. (Jesus this is getting as messy as the old one.....) There are 2 primary goverenments/ countries:
Council and Necronoel.
Council controols the space stations wich the inmates are on.
Aura: Our goal is to solve the murders before we get killed ourselves, not escape. It is Almost imposible to escape the jail.
