[disc:94cf8cdb92]These stanzas contain the rhyming of 'now' and 'Uruguay', and a bad pun involving a cat. If you find poor poetry offensive, please look away now.[/disc:94cf8cdb92]

So I lit up a smoke,
    And lay calmly back.
    I stroked my pussy,
    And admired my cat.

    For some reason,
    I was now,
    In a gentleman's club,
    In east Uruguay.

    I wonder why?
    Especially the East
The place I go the least

    I see the cats back
    Slipped in through the flap
    When you gonna realize?
    That cat only tells lies

Don't be hypnotized by that purr!
Cats on the prowl I know I met her
    Hidden agenda secret agent
Where we going now just name it.

I,ll be there rhyming with the rest
Pawnshop tickets held in my hand for the best
Return on poetic license full interest
    Maybe we should go west.
One thing in life is certain you wont get out alive

    Slipped on my slippers,
    Dressed my dressing gown,
    Took the time,
    Had some wine,
    Ate a sandwhich,
    Cucumbers and all,
    Sheaved ma sword,
    And my tennis ball.
    Went out to the day,
And to me the sun said "Pray,
art thou so fool to delay?"
    I hastened out,
And to my driver did say,
"I'm like James Bond, but gay."

    To this he did say
I don't care how you pay
    I know of an alley
    Let's not dilly-dally
    So onward we drove
    To the cabby's love cove
The turn off, we missed it
When I offered him a biscuit
And now we're half way out of Uruguay
To live in a world of dreams is to bring about a reality of nightmares. This world is not made for the eyes of the innocent nor for the ambitions of the wicked and happiness is far and few between. Be wary of joy for sorrow is but a footstep away...

    Speeding along an abandoned road,
My fervor waned, my pace slowed, slowed
Like molasses, lord, the words grow
Heavy, hear? I know you know
    That I can't go forever, as time slinks on;
Eventually, even this thread will be gone,
But -how-, I ask, will it fade?
Will it flicker away like a shade?
Or will it regain its ancestral pacing,
The rhythm, redundant, exciting and racing
Progressively faster: shit, it's too fast!
    Not to my tastes...
    (The torch is hopefully passed).
