..out of nowhere a huge fireball streaked across the sky. Ricardo watched as it slammed through the mountain behind them and came to a rest on the next ridge. He turned to Matthew and said..

"Oh my god, did you see that??"

He turned to me absently, saying angrily, "Of course I did, do you think I'm stupid?"

I stared in disbelief.

Neither of us said anything for a while, the crackling of the fire echoing in the air. Then Matthew spoke.

"WELL!?"

I jumped.

"What?"

"Do you think I'm stupid? What, do you just ignore questions now?"

I stared questioningly.

"Answer my question you moron," was all I recieved.

"Urm, no. Of course I don't think you're stupid."

I laughed.

Matthew, angrily glaring, turned away.

People, people, people,

I think you need to re-read the directions. We were on 86 words, and somehow you guys have gone down to just a sentence. Each section of the story is supposed to add on words.

Okay, here's an idea, inspired by the 5 word per post story. The Pyramid Post story.

We have a story. The first person posts one word, the second person posts 2 words, the third person posts three words and so on.

E.g.

1st Post

Once

2nd Post

Upon A

3rd Post

Time there was

The results should be interesting.

Oh, and to make it easier for later posts, put the number of words you are up to.
