Four inches (Discussion Thread)

Welcome all. This is the discussion thread for the story named "Four inches". People are welcome to join in writing, and there is no need to post your character. I want to learn about him/her as you write along.

Rules:

1) No more than 5 people shall be writing (myself and other four people).There is no need to ask permission to join. Simply post. The first four people to reply shall the writing the story along with me. Most races are allowed. Exceptions so far are: dragons and half-dragons, demons and half-demons, angels and vampires.

2) Writers will allow other writers to have minor control of ALL characters. At this points I would like to ask you to only write about someone else´s character if you feel you know him well enough. Also, please refrain from making the other characters (other than your own) take major decisions or actions that have great impact.

3) If asked by another writer, you will edit your post. Please do not abuse. You should allow the other writers some room to help develop all characters, including your own. If you think someone has made your character do something really strange or put him in an weird situation, you may ask him/her to edit. Think before asking people to edit, and only do so if you have been completely blocked by the person´s post. I expect all people to be able to have a good sense of what you can and what you can´t do.

4) I have created very little of this world, so you are welcome to make up stuff as you go. I am hoping to be surprised and amazed.

5) Readers please give us feedback in this thread. State if you are enjoying the story or if you are not. Also, if you have interest in helping with grammar or typos, I will be more than happy to edit my posts whenever needed, since I am aware my grammar needs improving. English is a foreign language for me, I am hoping to learn new words in the near future.

6) Other rules shall be stated if needed.

Part 1 is going to work as a prologue to the story itself. If you want, you can write Gilmih's memories of Erelan. The prologue should last for 3-4 posts. After that, the story itself will begin.

This is a good time to pop in if you are interested in joining the rp. The boat is filled with people Glym has not met yet. If no one joins, I will try to keep writing 2 posts a week and will eventually turn this in to a short story.

Sure Renos, you don't have to post a character, though if you want to, you are welcome to do it. You can simply just start writing in the other thread. Welcome aboard.
