Drew slowly began to calm down and slowly nodded,
"Ok... I can calm down." he tried to smile but didn't have the energy so instead he stumbled over to the stretcher and fell straight onto it. The stretcher bearers looked at him oddly but he was already asleep.

Kathlynn barely registered the rest of the short journey to the Hold. Before long she was in her own room without quite realising she was there and fell fast asleep.

She was awoken gently by a soft knocking at her door.

"Come in." she called sleepily.

A maid entered, bearing a tray of something that smelled delicious.

"My Lady," the maid curtsied and turned to leave.

"Wait." she looked up, the light was creeping in her window, it seemed to be early morning.

"What time is it?" she asked.

"An hour after dawn, my lady." the girl answered. She shuffled her feet. "You've been asleep two days and three nights."

"Thank you." Kathlynn dismissed the girl and sat up, ravenous.

That was the problem of using the Power to draining point. You lost so much time and self protection afterwards. She wondered how Drew and Regina were faring, sending out a tendril of forh, to see where they were.

Drew dropped down from the rafters in his room, his arms feeling stronger already from the pull-ups he did up there. He smiled to himself and toweled himself down with his shirt before throwing the shirt away, leaving him in only a pair of tight leggings that reached just above his knees. He yawned and walked to the door.
On his way down to the kitchen Drew got hundreds of funny looks from the maids and the other servents as he sat down at the servent's table and began to eat some bread and cheese. He finished his meal and began sipping a cup of water as he thought about Kathlynn and how she was doing.

REgina was sitting in her bed, the maids had refused to let her leave until she had at least put on some weight, but at the rate it seemed to be going it wsan't going to happen anytime soon.

She'd spent most of the past two days practicing with her power and was eager to show Kathlynn how far along she'd come.

Kathlynn decided to see Regina first. She knew Drew was in the kitchens and seemed perfectly at ease there, she would see him later. And then Holdlord Oran.

She tapped softly at the young girl's door, allowing the girl to catch forh of her so she knew who was coming to visit her.

Regina's eyes darted up as she felt Kathlynn at the door, standing up she walked over to it and opened it, smiling wirely.
"Tell me your hear to let me out of this room" She said quietly glaring at one of the hold lords servents as she darted past.
