That's sorta like asking does anyone know of a good movie to watch. Yeah, about six hundred thousand. Where shall I start? If you don't know a small town, make one up. Such is the creative liberty accrued to authors.
Sam.

Maybe Hope or Faith would work? Or you could try something else along those lines.

Well there are a high percentage of Catholics in New England. Also Louisiana and Georgia. Try looking into names of small towns in those states to gather ideas.

My favourite small US town (not particularly catholic though) is Carefree, AZ, outside of Phoenix.

I'm from Georgia and I like St. Mary's which is a beautiful coastal city close to Brunswick. Tybee Island is on the beach and very close to Savannah which is a wonderful Irish-Catholic community that feels like you have gone back in time. Wonderful architect and cathedrals. St. Patrick's day a big deal there. The second largest parade in the US, next to New York.
