Dysgenic world

Ok for those who have been following my help for a villain thread.

Well I would like to know how will it be like if you are living in a world where genetic deformities from, genetically criminal, AU, to siamese twins, eight limbed people are even more common than today and also they were allowed to live to adulthood.

No offence to anyone with disabilities.

In such a world, I would imagine they would be discriminated and ostracized from society, similar to how people with disabilities are treated now.

Babies with made-to-order defects? - Pregnancy - MSNBC.com

Guys check out this article, I finally found the reason for the villain to be afraid of disabled people.

But she has to be of an occupation where she is of some power where she will get exposed to mutations. Think a Female Beowulf? She gets to fight her own son of a previous rock marriage with a mutations that makes him hideous. Someone stole her frozen egg samples.
