I may be wrong, but i think i remember reading somewhere about a drug called propanalol...am i right? And if i am, is it untracible?

I'm probably wrong, so i would appriecate the help.

A lot will depend if there is a pre-existing heart condition. If there is, amphetamines, guarana, caffeine etc can increase the risk. Also google potassium, I know that has serious effects on the heart if used right(wrong) but I don't remember what.

Unreliable and unlikely - millions of people take coke every day, and never have a heart attack. I used it for many years - occasionally to excess - with no problems (other than spending a lot of money to make myself look more stupid than I actually am).

Ibuprofen, it has been claimed, can double your chances of a heart attack - but only if you're likely to have one anyway. Clot busting drugs can send coronary arteries into spasm. Can, not will.

There are a plethora of drugs which might tip the balance, but if you're looking for something with a cast-iron guarantee, you're unlikely to find one.

Have you thought of electocution? And does it have to be a heart attack? A big overdose of adrenaline can cause polmonary oedema, which can be fatal if you want it to be.

I found this at the Lunus Pauling Institute at Oregon State Univ. Hyperkalemia is an excess in potassium. Here's the link Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University Hope this helps

The most serious complication of hyperkalemia is the development of an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia), which can lead to cardiac arrest (27).

Digitalis? It's common enough in a lot of heart medications, but taken incorrectly (correctly?) can cause a heart attack. If you're willing to go the herbal route, not many people would look for biological (herbal) digitalis, unless they had a reason to.

huni is an unknown quantity at this point
I am not sure if you need this still Ellen - but my mum had a heart attack after taking a common anti-inflammatory, ( I can check if you still need it) and has needed a new drug to help rebuild her heart muscle. She was invited to be part of a group action against the drug company but decided she needed to use all her resources - physical, emotional and mental to put into recovery, not litigation. good on you mum. huni.
