An expensive shoe
What are the names, types, styles, and brands of expensive shoes/boots?
Right now, the ordinary socks are living in brogans: leather, ankle-length, working boots. However, the sock elite (in this case, the baron of the leathersmith's guild) obviously live in better housing. Any ideas? I'm thinking something along the lines of riding boots, but a fancier name for them. thanks!

Would those socks be hanging out with expensive shoes?
Hope this link helps. (the power of google!)

thanks for the link. every time i try to use google here, it ends up giving me a bunch of chinese links. i haven't quite mastered the language, so it's a little difficult; it's like wading through a hip-deep tub of clay.

crocodile skin?
Jimmy Choo stilettos?
Manolo Blahnik?
Victorian lace-up boots?
For funky unusual shoes, google Irregular Choice. Perhaps they could house a breakaway group...

sorry to hear the link doesn't work; it's fine for me. It takes you to the most expensive shoes of the day, a pair of Jimmy Choo's at $625. There are further links to other shoes but if it doesn't work then it doesn't work.
Never mind, better luck next time.
