    What to name my magician...

I've already decided that I'm NOT going to call him a magician, or an alchemist, or a witch, or anything that carries even a vague stereotype.
I'm thinking about calling him a Magni, or an Amora (Yes, I know what you're going to say about this.), or something like that.

The story's going to have a pseudo-Arabian feel, so I might need an Arabic or Latin name...

    Any suggestions?

I just like the way Arabian and Latin things sound.
And Maghrabi sounds pretty good, I might use it.

    Thanks again, mamma. ^_^

Call him "necromantic," it implies a relationship with the dead... also its the name of a really freaky movie about a woman who chooses a reanimated corpse over her husband for choice of lover.
I'ma let you finish; but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time. All time!

Name him Airiona, it's Greek for Darian or so I've been told . I wish you the best of luck.

Verago, are you looking for a name for the Magician or another name for a Magician?

I was going to suggest Maghrabi as well but mammamaia beat me to it. Consider this my vote for that title.

Another name for a magician, really.
    But I think I might've found one.
Though, I might change my mind, so keep the suggestions coming, please.
