Does anyone here have a coroners background? Maybe a CSI member? LOL

I need to know how long it would take a body to dessicate/mummify in, say, the desert of Arizona in the summer? I'm talking about a body inside a building with AC; inside a building without AC; and outside a building.

All and any help, even if it's just a link to a relevent website, will be most appreciated.

I got the answer on how long it would take to roast complete, medium sized duck over a fire, on a spit in fairly short order.
