mmm... I have a story, it might help you.
my boyfriend has this freind that gets really drunk and has a hard time rememberig what he does while intoxicated. he's pretty annoying too, so one night my boyfriend decided to mess with his mind a little. one morning while we were on vacation they saw a fire truck and several cop cars around a truck that had burned during the night. my boyfriend told his friend that they were after him and he was like "why? what do you mean?" and my boyfriend told him that he was the one that set it on fire while he was drunk on the way back to the bar. we all started making up stories about it, and he really believed us and started getting all paranoid. the best part was that a cop asked us if we saw anything going on the night before, and this guy was like panicking and almost confessed to a crime he didn't actually commit... we didn't tell him the truth for the whole day, so when he finally find out he got sooooo pissed he didn't talk to any of us for the rest of the day. but hey... we had a lot of fun messing with him, it was worth it.

Thanks kikster,
Everystory helps, i've only got the one so far. These guys steal this old ladies prized garden gnomes. A week later the lady gets a post card from Hawaii, signed, The Gnomes, a week after that their left on her doorstep with little tiny suitcases. And they've been repainted so that their little faces have big, big smiles and their wearing hawaiian shirts.

it was wrong to do it, of course, but that's got to be the most delightful prank i've ever heard of!... i hope the lady was able to enjoy the lighter side of the theft...
as for the guy and the truck fire, it would be nice if it cured him of getting drunk, but i guess that's too much to hope for, huh?...
sorry i haven't anything to add other than a 'thanks for sharing!'
hugs, maia

My friend Pete went back to his hometown, Cicero, Illinois, during high school. Five friends picked him up from the airport in a big sedan, the kind that seats 3 people across the front and 3 people across the back. As they drove down town, where everybody knew everybody, the three guys in the back signaled Pete, who was sitting in the front right seat, to duck down below the level of the windows, leaving the driver and the guy next to him sitting up, unaware of anything going on. To outward appearance, there were just these two guys sitting together, VERY together, in the front seat of the car. An accomplice outside the car was waiting with a camera and snapped a picture.
Nothing like planning to really play on your homophobia.

That's hilarious! Haha! SO funnny! Isn't it great how things just worked out for you?
Anyway on the rpanks front... its best to come up with your own ideas not actual experiences. You can use ideas you get from some but sometimes you should just take a look around you.
