True, but I wouldn't make it all technological and crap and straif too far from the original. Like I mean you could make little minions of the original and the Blood-suckers should hold all power, or better yet think they do. Man I am getting some cool ideas for this if I wanted to write about this lol .

lol, wow i got a lot more comments than I thought I would. Yeah, thats a good idea to use vampires other than the blood sucking type. And since vampires themselves are a creation of fiction, I could just create my own types? Although that might just agrivate people who are usued to the usual blood-suckers. either way, keep the comments flowing, I'm in need of all the help I can get, I've never done any vampire or angel work before.

Yeah see we already had a dispute on the blood-sucking originals to others, but if you do have others, you would have to make them just as well as the others. Not making them childish vampires are strange creatures, they don't know how to control there blood-sucking urges. So I was wondering how you would make a different type and make them just as convincing as blood-suckers are, dark, creepy, lifeless, lonely, and deppressing. If you have seen blade that is a mockery of vampires I mean come on vampires do not care for others. You have to make them have purpose to work together or it will just be insipid.

Yeah I'm trying some research now on different types of vamps. to see if there are any other than the blood-sucking I might want to put in. So far I came up with the classic blood sucking and the Psychic Vampires, which apparently drain energy from humans rather than sucking blood. I also came up with blood fetish vampires or something but I didn't read much, because it was(from what I gained) a human that ejoyed drinking blood rather than throw up. so I don't know if that counts as "vampire" or not.

Yeah maybe not, but hey they psychic kind yeah vampires have the quality of sucking things from people whether it be blood energy or soul. But still if you make other types they MUST have similarities to be classified as vampires.

Yeah, I suppose I won't create my own. Too much work to stay within the areas accepted. I could just use the already existant vampires to my own need. I'm going to hope this "encyclopedia of vampires" I'm going to get from my friend helps. It's supposed to have tons of things on vampires in it.

That sounds real intresting, what is the exact title of it? You, have re-sparked my intrest in the undead. Hey you know what you could use though as the vampire's underlings are undead creatures. But that could become a little cliche.

It's title is, like i said, "encyclopedia of vampires" She got hers at Hot Topic for who knows how much. But I found it online at amazon and stuff. She bought it I guess because of her sudden obsession with vampires, and she's starting a vampire story of her own. She hasn't written anything before this little work of hers as I know, she sort of new to writting I guess. So I'm just going to borrow it from her. I also might try and get "encyclopedia of angels" if I can, and if I need it.

Your welcom. I still can't find more on vampires other than blood-suckers and the psy-vampires. I have found one other, but it's one which I wouldn't use nor will say, since I'm not sure whether or not saying it is too apropriat. If you come up with anything interresting on vampires, PM me or something

well I did think that if you were to create a type, that there could (just an idea) be a type that, sucks souls. And since it sucks souls knows and feels what the person knew. But this could seem to Harry potterish I just realized. Maybe you could build off that.

thanks for that, I'm thinking of just fusing some vampire things for the secound main character, since he has to seem sort of evil but yet all the same time protects the more main character, the angel/vampire. I'm still wondering how that'll work out, but in my head the picture of a pure white-winged girl with fangs and blood dripping from them just totally gave me shivers and the intent to write. It is fictoin though, so it can be what ever I need it to be.

White wings? I didn't picture white wings it's a vampire too, but your story. I pictured grayish black wings. Have you ever seen Sephoroth? He only has one wing, but minus that I pictured it more like that. But of course as i said before not my story.
