Gunshot wounds?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but here we go.
What is the average time a gunshot takes to heal? I realize it would greatly depend on the caliber, range, etc. So I'll give an example and if you could just use that as a basis.

EI: Man gets shot in the thigh and shoulder with a .22 pistol from about 5 feet away.

Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks before hand.

Don't under-estimate a .22, they can actually leave the worst wounds. A .22 caliber bullet will not penetrate bone, therefore, it has a high probability of "riding" the bone. For example, if you get shot in the arm, it may follow your bone and lodge in your heart, killing you.

Depending on how they are treated, and the amount of good rest and recouperation the person gets, gunshot wounds are not all that bad. But it all depends on how it is treated. Rambo burning the wound would be hurting for a long time; a cop brought to the hospital within minutes would heal very fast.
