Skewed

This is the first poem I'm putting on here. I've got a lot more, I just want to gauge your reactions. Thanks.
Left or right
Or up or down
Sometimes it’s
Easier not knowing

You can feel the pressure
Of something you don’t
Understand or can’t
Relate in words

Driving into you like rain
Insisting it makes it’s presence known
Recoiling in anger and confusion
Explaining why it’s so upsetting
Could not ever
Truly
Illustrate just how irate it makes you
Only compounded by the fact that
No one knows what the fuck you’re talking about.

I can see the confusion in the life of the narrator, who is constintly bombarded by this "thing" that slowly takes your mind away to... insanity? maybe? Maybe not insanity but something happened that changed the narrator for the worse. Like a parasite, it bleeds the narrator dry.
That's my interpretation. As far as rythem goes, it was solid but not in a fixed way. It was jumpy here and there but overall very well written... but use commas to show a pause here and there.
