Why would the mediocre,
hijack the
vibrancy?
Like they think they're some kind of joker?
Suck it out until
they felt better? Or pleasant?
Kill, that they might not be killed?
And all done to their dull letter?
That chick don't wanna know?
Fucking forget her!
Is this the poetic aristocracy?
I'm glad then to be a peasant.
But, they are patently dead already.
Not knowing how to live.
That branch will snap,
They'll fill the fucking gap
With their marzipan.
Keep that slow boat to nowhere steady.
It's all that you can.
It's all you have to give.
And I hate marzipan
And I loathe those
Who get in the way.
I know you're out there.
But I don't really care!
So I say....
