I'll Fly Me

I値l fly me upward
onward and far over
the darkness, the abysmal, and the abyss

Looking downward
inward and still deeper
into my weakness, a meekness such as it is

And though I知 seeking
Nothing I can gather
I shall hold on tighter to my lofty reign

For while I am aloft
I am more than living
Accepting my dependence on the worldly all the same

I値l fly me upward,
skyward and unfettered
through the airy region, I should stream so bright

Looking outward
toward our forever
I in my serenity reveal my brilliance to the night

And though I知 calling
To none who care to hear me
I shall call out longer, brighter, prouder still

For while I do call
I am more than speaking
My every word shall bear the power of my will

To all you below
who hear a word, a meaning
gleaning from it no more than it alone can say

I shall descend again
with offers of disclosure
and my erudition will be ignored again one day

I think there is a desire and some word sense - now I would offer the idea you read a heap of poetry (especially for you some of the imagists of the early 20th century) and work on concrete images and sparse words without repetitions.

A solid idea, and many thanks! Any such imagists you would recommend?

Pound/H.D or Richard Aldington.

I also love Elliot but many hate him so I'll leave that one up to you.
