Three Poems
The Erosional World
Polar bear killed by the cold
Lightening-like bombs from hidden cannons
Storm of bombs racing after birds of snow
Sclerotic veins of naked branches
Stroked water
Groups of refugees climbing the hills with hanging heads
Women, children, old men
Flies repulsed by their stench
Lies crawling away from their heads
A mother thrashing in the mud
Holding her murdered child in her arms
Wailing: Let me sew his wounds with the nerves of my heart!
If the sun knew how my soul burns
Its heat would waste in minutes
How can I cry? The cold has frozen my tears in my eyes
Oh god! Madness is looking at our world in astonishment
My Dear Dog
My dear dog
I know you would like to talk with me
The way I do with you
I see noble conversations
Your eyes burn with the desire for expression
If you were the only creature who loved me
That would mean I am a good human being
If only you could speak
My dear dog
My mute angel
To teach mankind the greatest lesson in principles
Human Rights
No warmth in July’s sun
No fragrance in the jasmine
Nothing to savor in the meals of the hungry
The jungle has devoured our civilization
Space is filled with air
Life is seeping out of the earth
The universe is empty
Humanity must face its executioner
My pretty darling
In which direction did the hand of the crazy war fling you?
For you I shall challenge a thousand deaths
Full moon without shine
World without love
Woe! December tenth is wailing
Beating its head on the wall
Drowning the earth with its blood
Their my sister was assaulted
Thirty soldiers took their turns
Her screams became their pleasure
Stray cats are disgusted by my homeless self
The blind are mourning my eyes
My tears have wet the ducks’ feathers
Human rights?
A deer attacked by the rabid wolves of injustice
Sisters and brothers!
Your worst enemy is your own humanity
