The Lonely Road

Wandering that lonely road i fall
Stand alone in shadows and i wait
A single soul walks down that hall

He comes to me, to show my fate
An angel from the darkest side
A trouble mind in fearless state

His goal i know will not be denied
As he looks at me with that grin
Even after everthing ive tried

I wait now for it too begin
It's soon i know i cant be wrong
A silence coming from within

I know i must try to be strong
Angel, soul mate, we now are one.

You can ask just about anyone here, I'm not a huge fan of love poems. Probably because there are so many out there and it's so tough to write something that sounds new and fresh. I encourage you to write about the person you love rather than the emotion you feel. I believe there is more ability to create something new trying that.

Hmmmmm maybe i need to work on this more if u thought it was a love poem. Its actually about obsession and death ..its not about loving someone its about being alone and never being able to have what u want.
