Like Pen says the real life lessons come later, everyone who helps others can be called a hypocrite, but what you have to decide is do you want to become one yourself in later life? Are you going to have children? What will you say to them?
Never become a self-fulfilling prophecy, never build your own ivory tower to look down from. Never think that although people may not be able to walk the talk the talk doesn't matter, because it does.
