Untitled(written by the sea)

White haired bits of broken breakers
That sea spray spat upon the strand;
Each lives then falls to that which spawned it,
Having briefly thought itself a man.

Great use of alliteration! The short broken "b" sounds along with the soft "w" and "h" sounds in the first line, and the rhythmic "s" sounds briefly interrupted by sudden "p"s in the second line. I loved it.
