Dragon
As a child I was always so fascinated by dragons. And now that I'm older, I find that the fascination hasn't gone away. It's odd how some things just stay with you for the rest of your life.
Anyway, I just needed to get a bit of creativity out. Not my best, but I like it. Enjoy!!

Wings glitter in sunlight,
sparkling claws, glistening teeth
eyes that look into your soul and beyond
knowledge of all- past, present, and future
living between the real world and the dream world
fires as bright as the blood red moon
the overpowering smell of smoke and ashes
Reptilian bodies entangled in the sky
swooping down from the clouds
And existing only in my mind
