Tori
ABC Deriathingamagigger (better late than never)

Tale of Yank Shift

Absolutely free of bi-products
boiling with vitamins
can pork rinds be health food?

Desire pushes me over that cliff
edging slowly to oblivion
forcing myself to feel something

Graveyard shift sufferers
hogging all the dark meat
ignoring the call of light

Juggling two jobs to feed myself
Kitkat bars are so unfashionable
lonely yes, but eating still

Money runs away from me
never allowing me to hold it
one look and it jumps

Pathetic I know…
queen of the last show
rising to bow only after a kiss

Sell it all and work normal hours
tough at first but worth it
ugly and unsettling but settled still

Victory at last, I will say
war is always won when least expected
x-ray the bones to check for damage

Yank like condition and it’s festering
and this is what it comes down to
zookeeper of zookeepers and secret teller.

-MAR

Ooh, I like it. (And would say more, but it's nearly 2am and I need sleep.)

Yeahhh!

Tori, you did one! =D> =D> We knew you would. It is so good I lost myself and forgot it was a abcderianthingamabobby (can't do your title as it just cracked me up when I saw it .). Excellent keep going. Inspire the rest of 'em. regards huni.

What I love about this ABCD is the different ideas used while staying true to the alphabet. I would have been happier if the second to last line wasn't needed though. This is wonderful and amusing. A pleasure to read!

This was a great read Tori. Huni was right on target. I forgot that this was an ABCDerian too! Great job...
